Unhappy Customers

My family and I decided to pop into Choice Clothing, Westgate Roodepoort this afternoon. Our experience during our shopping was shocking and infuriating. Not only were some of their clothing marked with dirt and unremovable stains, their jewelry incorrectly labeled and priced but their Staff was the most unhelpful and rude people I have ever come across. My daughter wanted a very nice windbreaker which had a few stains on it, we asked to see that Manager to get a discount on the item. But just a No, no explanation related to damaged stock or customer service, just very rudely a No. Then I wanted a ring that had no price tag, another ring with a totally different packaging and name brand was then used to charge the ring. I protested, as firstly there was no label and secondly the ring they were then using to charge the price, was of course the most expensive ring on the shelf. What made matters worse is that the staff who were so unhelpful at the till were conversing in Sotho unlucky for them my husband and I understood every word. I can see now why there is so much racial tension in our Country and it actually saddens me deeply to think that, we cannot even have an opinion or get good customer service. I will never shop at Choice Clothing, the staff are rude, ****** and ********.
