POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought clothes through my PayFlex account on Monday, 6 July at Caledon store. The following day I went back to the store to return a few items for smaller sizes. I was told by the cashier that she can't help me because the PayFlex system was offline and that she has no other way of helping me. She explained that she will have to get a hold of the area manager to get the problem resolved. Sha said that she will email the area manager as she couldn't get a hold of her via phone call. She promised that I would hear back the next day. On Wednesday, 8 July I went back to store to get answers as I was promised the previous day. The same cashier told me they didn't hear back from the area manager and that I can try and phone myself. I got the number but never got through. I then tried to phone head office, but with several tries I failed to get through to the right person. I'm not from the area and will return back home on Friday, 10 July. This is a new shop that recently opened and I wanted to support, but there is little to no client service. I have never struggled to return items I have purchased before on PayFlex at any store but Choice Clothing. I will not support this store in the future if things don't change quickly.

Bad service
They are so bad, they don't want to assist, now am stuck with pants I cant even use/ wear!!!!! The very rude teller told me they have a new system and now are no longer able to reprint. Irregadless I used my bank card and said to show proof, also have a laybe with them!!!! So now am stuck with pants I cant even exchange, as if I asked for refund!!! Sent am email and wrote on their website I was ignored, such bad service!!! They need to get ahead with the times. In 2026 they don't have a team on emails....... I want feedback immediately or else I will take it up legally!!!! Siphokazi *** *** Se

Bad service

Refunds
Choice Clothing in Vangate Mall refused to refund me my money because they have no money in their tills except their very first cash float and told me to come back the afternoon which the shop will be closed by then because its Sunday and tomorrow is a public holiday and I explained to them I cannot because im working and I cant come back the afternoon either because they suggested I stay in the mall a couple more hours to get my money back. Im not ever shopping by that store again.

Refunds

Contact me. And sort you nonsense out. You not say to client That we don't return or replaces Man boxer shorts Your size is not XL. More a L. So will exchange to me XXl man shorts It seem like your people dont understand clint alwys right. At your brances. New one in bloemfontein You have week to sort it out. If not responded correctly Then need complaints at consumers rights. It is also first time buy there. If cant sort out costumer services. People go say friends. And family You probably go close store at time because of bad services and return policy

Torn pant worn once
I bought pants on the 6th December then wore them on the 16th. I washed the pants once, and when I was looking forward to wearing them again, one leg of the pant looks like when a pantihose has ran. We went to the shop and showed them , the lady I think she's a manager, stated she will send an email and left us like that. We had to give her our contact number as she looked uninterested and didn't bother asking for details
