The service is not good at all.

I have visited choice clothing at diepkloof square in soweto, I have bought clothes for R1200 at that day.then I when I get home I decided to return one dress because the size was very small.then when I get there I went to the cashier for an assistant.i stand there for almost 15 minutes no one attended to me when I asked them they say I must follow a queen rudely I was very dissapointed because I'm returning something I have to treated like I'm not a customers at all.

For owners or manager when they hire managers in store can they kindly hire someone with manager skills not someone who knows nothing.

Because it really hurts when you get instore you don't get excellent service because the Manger is not skilled.

I was so hurt sometime I prefer the mall where it a suburb because those people they have respect and they are always willing to assist they are very polite.what make me angry they were laughing when I tell them they must communicate with customer not to keep quiet even though they see that customers need help and they never apologize that was a Manger from choice clothing store Dipkloof square.
