Rude and disrespectful management

Good day I am so very disappointed in your staff/management at your Vredenburg branch. I was in store last week, 12th of May and what i witnessed in your store it seems like it is a playground the way the staff is so unprofessional. The management ( not even worth calling management) does not respect their staff, the manner they speak in and it seems as if they discriminating against the staff members. This is really unacceptable. I did not want to complain but it bothers me so much i do not even feel like shopping there again and i am a regular customer. Never have i heard staff swearing in front of customers or belittling staff. I do not know what happened these past month or if you changed management but it used to be a nice shopping environment but now it seems like a playground.
