Poor attitude and incompetency.

I am glad it was my first experience and last with Choice clothing, a lady at the greenacres store with Govan Mbeki store gave me the run around on 08/01/2020 and told me 3 minutes before the store closed that they are closing tills and are not able to look for a mere shoe size which I wanted to do an exchange on. Chevon from Greenacres told me in my face “it’s 57 minutes after 16H00” so Govan Mbeki won’t assist me with JUST checking if they have a size so I drive there knowing they atleast hve it. Itold her for as long as I am inside the sore I am entitled to be treated with dignity atleast because I am a paying customer.It’s appalling how people have very little customer service s****s. I have worked for an international clothing brand and I learnt how to treat customers.
