Lethabo Seiphehlo needs to fix her attitude,otherwise she does not fit in a retail store representing Choice Clothing…her attitude towards me when she asked me about the tag is like she wanted to say I’ve wear that dress that I was exchanging…I don’t believe in “the customer is always right” thing…coz I know that some customers can ruin your day hence I always have a good approach when going to stores until I notice that, they take advantage of my calmness that’s when I loose it…I’ve been a customer to choice clothing from when it was still in town until it was moved to jouberton tower mall.

Her back chatting when I tried to tell her about her attitude…She was even back chatting her manager when she tried to understand what transpired.
