Laybye Refund

<p>I made a laybye at choice clothing I think it was last month, today I went to cancel it and asked for much refund a xhosalady who was assisting me who was at the till around 10am said "thingz will not go the way I want" I must take another item I won't get my money. Asked her since when she couldn't answer, I asked where is that written she couldn't answer. I need that money to pay one of my overdue accounts. What shocks me is the fact that she's saying they work differently from other Choice clothing store.</p>
