I want my money!

I returned an Item at the store in Mitchells plain Promenade mall on Sunday,I was told by the Store manager who acted like she had no interest in assisting me that the money could only be returned into my account and not in cash ,I protested at the inconvenience of this as I somehow suspected I would find myself here where after 3 days I still do not have my money ,The store manager who refused to give her name said that she spoke to her Manager and her manager told her to tell me that If I had a problem I had to contact head office ,I called head office yesterday and I was transferred from one person to the next till the line was dropped ,I want my money please ,my number is ********** 617
