diffrence in price

got to the shop to buy two per school boys cuff higher one black for R99.99 and the khaki for R89.99 to my suprise when I get to the till then that's when I'm actually told that they are both R99.99 yet all of the khaki one's in the rack were for R89.99 the only thing the cashier says is priced changed but how do priced just change without reflecting....false adverti*****t and for a first time shopper at choice clothing I'm definitely never going back the service sucks ?????
