choice clothing zevenwacht store bad service manager an professienal

hi there two days ago i lost my wallet in choice clothing zevenwacht mall well i was in the store my wallet fell out of my jean and i left not knowing my wallet fall out i got by the exit of the mall then notice my wallet is go i ran back and i ask if they didnt see my wallet and no one saw it i check in the mall and came back to choice clothing then the manager then got my wallet infront of the store saying to me i found you wallet all the money is gone only your cards is in there then my respond is to her how did you know there was money in it cause there got have been nothing in there she did give any answer back i losted an whole R600 then i ask to check the camaras then she didnt have time to check camara footage and i must come back the next day then the stuff menber who picked up my wallet saying that i wont see anything so i must leave it and am not i went back ysterday and her respond to me was that she dont have the password to saw me footage and she is sorry she will let me know when she will be able to saw me then the same stuff member came agian saying that thwe camara wont help anything while i was in the store the two of them was close by me so one of them took the money and know looking for an reason not to saw me camara footage how cant an manager have the password of the camara but if someone shopleft they can view camara i send emails to the store no respond and the HR Manager no respond.
