Bad service

They are so bad, they don't want to assist, now am stuck with pants I cant even use/ wear!!!!! The very rude teller told me they have a new system and now are no longer able to reprint. Irregadless I used my bank card and said to show proof, also have a laybe with them!!!! So now am stuck with pants I cant even exchange, as if I asked for refund!!! Sent am email and wrote on their website I was ignored, such bad service!!! They need to get ahead with the times. In 2026 they don't have a team on emails.......

I want feedback immediately or else I will take it up legally!!!! Siphokazi *** ***
