Appalling service rendered. I wish there was an option not to add any star at all.

<p>A colleague of mine referred me to your store after seeing her in your clothing and I was taken by the quality and prices you have.</p> <p>I just came back from your store to buy a couple of items for my family. I've been looking for denim shirt for ages and finally got it. It was the only one and a perfect size for me, I was over the moon. When went up to pay for the clothing I had taken I was told that the demin shirt that I had in my hands was already bought by another customer. I was surprised even thought that the lady was joking. Guess what she was NOT. She explained how it was already paid for and how she forgot to remove it from the clothing rails. I still didn't understand but she insisted that I cannot take the shirt with me.</p> <p>I still don't understand what had taken place and why I couldn't take the shirt that I took off from the clothing rails. I need someone who can make understand how this store operates.</p> <p>Does one need to ask first before paying and getting their hopes high as to if a certain garment is available or not.</p> <p>The service that I got was appalling. I'm beyond disgusted by this. I can't wait to get to work and tell everyone who cared to listen what had happened to me.</p>
