Sales people's lack of sale experience

Few weeks I contacted chery Fourways pre owned sales department, the call went through to the guy named Keith. I told him I would like to purchase one their chery tiggo 8 pro, which I admire, sent him all the documents he went quiet I had to contact him for updates all the time, he never gave me any feedback, he's last update was "I'll put in the application for you" and he went mute.. Look the issue is give your client feedback whether they qualify or not atleast communicate. Oh by the way Keith I got that Chery pro from somewhere else and two of my friends are going to purchase from that dealership I bought at.. I felt undermined. Bye
