Damaged my Vehicle

If i could select no stars i would definitely do that I am absolutely appalled by the service I’ve received. I took my car in for a simple noise issue, and was initially told that the repair would take two days. It has now been three weeks, and my car is still sitting in the workshop with no progress.

To make matters worse, I received a call from the workshop manager last week Friday informing me that one of their technicians had accidentally bumped my car, causing damage to the body. This was completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was told that although all the necessary parts have arrived, an insurance claim had been submitted for the damage — and repairs cannot even begin until the claim is approved.

The lack of communication, poor handling of my vehicle, and complete disregard for my time and trust have left me incredibly frustrated. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.
