Chery Tiago 8, pro seat clip break

We bought a Chery Tiago 8pro, 2nd best car in the range. We heard a clip break, and the seat was loose where the adjustment was. We took the car to Tiaan and Chery to do a warranty claim. The warranty claim was not accepted. There is no way the driver can forcefully break it or no vandalism could be caused. Chery does not keep the spare part for that part of the seat and asked us to pay R34k for a new seat. Tiaan the manager of service and parts promised to call the next day and speak to Head office, but no news til today, every time you call in, his in meetings and we asked the call center to please ask him to call us back, rather silent, to get the problem away. Please be sure when you buy a Chery, to look at all the aspects not just price, parts, and everything else is crucial to keeping a world-class car.
