Refund

I ordered a phone 4 months back never received the phone now it’s been 3 months I’m requesting for my money back a refund but I am told to wait 7 days I was told to call my bank my bank I should check my junk email I have doing that for the past 3 months and there’s no response I’m only requesting for a refund please their service is very bad
