My sister made an order in October 2025, she hasn’t received it even now. No communication nothing, when she asks about it she is always told the same thing, when she is requesting a refund they are telling her stories. They always post on facebook about sending out orders i do not know which orders are the shipping.

They always post on facebook about sending out orders i do not know which orders are the shipping.

I ordered a phone 4 months back never received the phone now it’s been 3 months I’m requesting for my money back a refund but I am told to wait 7 days I was told to call my bank my bank I should check my junk email I have doing that for the past 3 months and there’s no response I’m only requesting for a refund please their service is very bad

THEY ARE *****S... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. On the website they state that you'll receive tracking details 1-2 days after ordering, I didn't receive it and you won't as well. You then pay R750 for delivery and to avoid delays but you won't even get your order. They will keep saying: "We are facing delays but we're trying our best to deliver at the earliest time" Then after a couple of days of them making empty promises, they'll stop replying to your messages They are ****mers!

Im so disappointed in chinadealz ordered apple phone 12 promax since 17October 2025 till today I don't have my phone no refund Nicole is making empty promises everyday im so frustrated I can't even sleep R8k gone just like that no tracking number no communication unless I do i regret risking
