Order complaint

I place an order on the 26 August even now I didn’t receive anything they don’t reply on my message , calls , emails it’s been 5 weeks now and this order was for my clients they want refund and I’m really broke 😭I will end up getting depression about this 😭it’s really hard for me I can even sleep. Their website says it takes 9 to 12 working days to deliver but they take some months to deliver. Also they don’t know how to communicate with their clients. Iam so disappointed with them. I put my trust with the wrong company
