iPhone not delivered yet

I have been waiting for my iPhone from 27 May till today 16 June and there’s no communication between me and them. (Charlotte Sembeni) … they said they deliver in 8-12 days but the days I’ve waited are morethan that . Very bad service china deals you can try to do better
