Worst internet service provider

After paying 1400 RMB for my internet connection for the year, I hardly ever have internet at home. I paid for a 300mb/s line and it's the worst ever. I teach online, and chose China Unicom as they guaranteed a fast and stable connection. Turns out their connection is very bad and the speed isn't nearly what they've promised.
