Waited 2 hours for chicken

on 2025/02/27. My boyfriend and I decided to buy chicken @Chickenlicken Rosebank mall during our lunch period. We ordered round about 13:07 and only got our food around 2:30pm. As we stood waiting we realized that the customers that had bought after us kept getting their food before us as we were also waiting… very longgggg. My boyfriend then decided to wait further while waiting in the car. I went back to the store around 2:20 asking for the food. The ladies that pack and call out order numbers stated that I was given the food, when we’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours. Why would I wait then?

Our lunch break is from 1-2, we got the food 2:30pm I had to make a scene first to get our food. Told the workers to have a look at the footage as we did not get the food around then, the workers then laughed at us like we some kind of joke or something.

I just want to say that the store is very unprofessional and that the employees are *********** because while we waited, the lady called out the order number 2147 twice and gave somebody else our order as well. Oh and I will never ever buy anything at the store. The illiteracy is real @ that store shame🥲
