Poor Customer Service

Writing this with so much confusion of the poor of poorest service I got for Nissan Star Chery Vanderbijlpark **********)with a car sales agent Muzi including the Store Manager Issac. App**** for a car and send all the required documents needed.. it's been 5 days no communication nothing from the sales agent I've been following up since today nothing touchable from them, expect for empty promises that they will call me.. My biggest problem is going to apply in other place will have an negative impact on my ITC. My heart is very sore as I wanted to gift myself with that car has it was suppose to be my bday gift and all that will not be happening.
