Deeply unhappy Chery Tigo 4 Pro driver!
After I specifically asked Star Chery Vanderbijlpark to be absolutely certain whether my car’s service is still under warranty or if I would need to pay for it, they assured me that my car is still under warranty and that no payment would be required. However, after I booked my car in and waited 4 hours, I received a call informing me that I need to pay R4900 for the service. I am extremely disappointed in the service from Chery Vanderbijlpark. I need to budget in advance if I have to cover the cost myself, which is exactly why I made sure to confirm this beforehand. I had to arrange for transport and a day's leave --- all for nothing! What is going on at Star Chery Vanderbijlpark? Don't they have respect of people's time? They surely don't deliver what they promise! :(

Star Chery Vanderbijlpark - Pathetic Sales Service
They have absolutely no idea what vehicle sales is all about. Negative experiences from 3 weeks ago: - No demo Tiggo Pro 7 available for test drive. Had to drive new car around parking lot. - Still waiting for a written quote. - Salesman more interested in telling me about his personal problems and selling me finance. - Wanted to charge me a non-refundable commitment fee of R 1,000. Where in the motor industry do you find this sh--. If you're interested in a Chery vehicle, avoid this dealer at ALL COSTS.

I am really not happy with the service from cherry vanderbijlpark ,I bought cherry tiggo cross in Dec 2024,two months down the line the front left and back tyres indicates that there is a problem (TPMS) until today.I went to the dealership they said that I must take my car to tyre fixing center at my expense I am angry and disappointed.I
