This is more of a 4.5 star rating I started the process at Chery Northcliff which is a part of Chery Sandton. Very friendly and helpful staff but they seem inundated with work. I love their customer centric attitude to ensure that you are happy. I took delivery of my vehicle on Saturday. The process only took 2 hours including paying the deposit. We were served drinks and popcorn etc. The process was probably a little rushed a tiny complaint. The driver was late for pick up on delivery day but they sent a driver. Left with a full tank of petrol. Great stuff in this economy. I have high hopes for the brand in South Africa. Overall quite satisfied.
