Wrong diagnoses on car

<p>I took my chery qq to Chery Boksburg on Atlas road last Friday. I had a problem- sometimes if you turn of the car it wont start for a while and I asked them to check. Just to diagnose costs R720. They called and said I need to replace my emobiliser @ R5000 and I declined the quote.</p> <p>I took my car to a private shop to check if I can get a cheaper immobiliser. He checked out the problem and found that it was indeed the starter and not the immobiliser. It was sorted and car is fine.</p> <p>My complaint is that I had to fork out R720 for a wrong diagnoses and my problem would not have been sorted if I got the part they said needs to be replaced. I lost all that money for nothing. </p> <p>Please resolve.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
