Worst Service Ever

Poor, poor, sickening customer service, I would not advice anyone to use their services. Firstly getting an appointment for service was a terribole nightmare with calls not being answered for over 2 days then when I finaly drove almost 100ks to book the appointment in person I managed to get a 7:30am slot, by 15:00 in the afternoon my family and I were still sitting in their waiting area with not being offered even a mere bottle of water and when I enquire i got told they will be done in about an hour and half. Because how does one explain over 5 hours of car service? If I had the option for zero star I would be glad to rate them that. Its the worst service ever.
