WORST CHERY DEALERSHIP IN SOUTH AFRICA

I made a booking at Chery Carnival on Monday for the 105000km service, they said they have space on Thursday, at 07:30 I arrived at the dealership to book my car in. Firstly i had to write my details on a piece of paper as they haven't even switched on their systems, that was after they said I must be there at 07:30. I left the car, later in the day the service adviser phoned me regarding service payment, I advised her that I have a service plan with MFC, then she said that I must provide her with all the info as she cannot phone MFC, I then phoned MFC and got all the info she needed, I phoned her back and gave her the info, an hour later I phoned her back again to find out if she received authorization, she informed me that she did receive confirmation and the service parts are booked out and I can come collect my car at 15:00, when I arrived at the dealership at 16:00, my car was still standing in the same place and have not even started the service, the service advisor by the name of Cleopatra was not even aware that my car was not inside the workshop for service, then the dealer principal by the name of Otto said he would help, then he started to become arrogant and putting his face into my mother's face and talking over everybody. it took everything inside me not to punch his lights out right there in his own dealership, then he called the workshop manager by the name of Brandon, the workshop manager then told me that my car service would be done in 15 minutes, I asked him how that is possible to service and inspect a car in 15 minutes, firstly my car has been standing the whole day, engine is cold, oil is not hot, how is he going to drain oil, inspect all 52 safety point check on car and get it washed in 15 minutes, then the dealership principal tried to bribe with a R500 fuel payment.

The service from the dealership is utterly poor, the dealership principal does not have a clue what is happening in his dealership, he is a clown and very unprofessional, their service advisors is clueless on what is happening, the workshop manager thinks he is a Formula 1 mechanic, that can service and do a complete check on the car and get it washed in 15 minutes

I left the car there for them to do a proper service

WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE FROM A CHERY DEALERSHIP, TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY EVER!!!!
