Wear and tear before even your car gets to 30 000km
If you're prepared to deal with wear-and-tear issues before your car even reaches 30,000 km, then get yourself a Chery. From seat stitching coming apart to lights needing replacement, I am honestly so disappointed.
I previously drove another brand for over 100,000 km without ever having to replace a single light. Yet with Chery, I'm being told they can't assist because it falls under "wear and tear." To make matters worse, they cannot even guarantee that the replacement lights will last.
How does a car with such low mileage already come with these kinds of concerns? What is even more frustrating is being expected to accept these costs while having no assurance that the same problem won't happen again.
I expected so much more, and honestly, this experience has left me questioning the quality and reliability of the brand. A car should give you peace of mind, not have you budgeting for repairs before it has even reached 30,000 km.
