Very poor service...Excuses galore

On 11 May 2023 I bought a Chery Tiggo 4 Pro from Chery Amanzimtoti and paid for licencing and number plates. Until today, nearly two months later, I still haven't received my number plates or licence disc despite numerous enquiries. Every time I lodge an enquiry the sales manager, Mr Shaheer Ally, is full of excuses. My only option now is a ******** case against them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone - very poor service.
