vehicle damage during Cam belt change

My friend took the car for a cam-belt service & they ruined other parts instead. The car was making a strange sound, oil was leaking, the water bottle & other parts were hanging loose, plug lids were broken and eventually the car stopped starting all together. She had to have it towed back to them at her cost. They took days on end to attend to the car & since she use it for business purposes, she lost clients and money as a result. They were not bothered at all. The dealer principle is aware that they do not fix the cars properly & she sent him pictures of the damage caused. When I contacted the head office the call centre agent Natalie Mostert refused to let her escalate to the customer service manager & she shouted at her & eventually dropped the phone as I was speaking. The cambelt service is still under warranty so they are obligated to fix the car properly. Since she have had so many problems with their ********* business practices she cannot tolerate dealing with them anymore. There's no corrective action or accountability from h/office or the dealer so clearly this is common practice. Do you do this to ALL your clients or just \female"clients because we are not mechanics?"""
