Untrained staff at dealership unable to fix a mistake they caused
Your staff is very poorly trained to deal with the software. They don't understand how it works. Also they are terrible at resolving problems they caused and communicate with customers.
Chery Balito never gave my husband a spare key to the brand new Chery Tiggo 4 he bought. They promised to courier it to him, but later informed him that it was lost. What happened after that is just sheer incompetence. Chery Balito had him come in 160km to code the remote. But they made him sit for 4 hours and nothing was resolved. Then they arranged that the Toti branch would code it. They made him come in twice and ended up saying they need to charge him for the key (even though it was the dealership that lost it). So today he went back to Balito. He sat there from 9 till 1pm only to be informed that the wrong key was ordered by Chery dealership and they were going through a learning curve and basically admitted not knowing how to code the remotes correctly. My husband has spent countless hours and money for fuel because the staff doesn't know how to perform tasks. And there is no compensation for the working hours lost and money spent on fuel for a mistake Chery made. The staff is what damages the brand here
