unhappy customer

I took my Cherry Tiggo 8 for service at Cherry Century City in Cape Town , after the service the vehicle came back with a funny noise which I took it as something that will go away , but after I noticed the noise Is not going away I took the car in at the dealer for them to check it out as I will be driving the vehicle home to EC during the holidays im told that they are fully booked to look at the vehicle I should drive it and bring it back in January of 2026. MY concern is what if this leads to something bigger that will damage the car and if anything happens due to this who will be liable, and also this noise came up after the car has gone for service before the car was fine. Can someone assist me with this urgently as I need to travel to EC on Saturday the 13th of December.
