Unhappy cherry client

My car has been having a problem with changing gears, went to Cherry Gezina to report they kept on insisting that they couldn't see anything wrong for the longest time till things started getting worse, the clutch was now loose I took it to Cherry again and they adjusted and still the problem did not stop. Took my car for service they suggested I change the clutch kit of which I paid for boom when I took my car in for service and for the change of that clutch kit they discovered a crack under the clutch and they suggested the cat should be towed to a panelbeater I called my insurance to arrange the car to be taken to a panelbeater, claim was rejected saying that's a factory fault. Am now stuck with the car and cherry Gezina they saying all their courtesy cars are with clients...
