********* and Unprofessional

I went to purchase a tiggo 7 pro from this dealership before the year ended. The vehicle sales price with extras were agreed with the salesmen and the quote was emailed to me. I, then, asked the dealership to get me finance rates from the bank. I needed the car before the 3rd Jan for holidays travel. The salesmen made a plan to get me the vehicle before time and I went to sort out the insurance. Upon request from the insurance company, I asked the sales person to highlight all the extras as agreed between us. The salesmen repeatedly confirmed that they stick to their words and they're honest etc. So, I didn't bother asking him upon the receipt of the quote as I noticed he didn't include it. Nevertheless, I was sent a new OTP with the new price. So, I queried the price change and asked them to revert to the quoted price with all the extras as agreed. I spoke to the manager as the sales person was on leave. He said to me that the salesmen had messed-up the sale by offering the deal with extras at that price to me, and it was their loss but never did he mentioned about me paying additional amount. I was told by the manger that the car is ready for me to take it anytime and the sales person had confirmed that the towbar and S&G will be done upon my return from holidays on Whatsapp. I didn't take the vehicle due to the fact that I couldn't sort out insurance in time because they didn't send me the updated OTP. Much to my disappointment after few days after following-up on couple of occasion, I received a email stating that the quote doesn't include the extra, therefore, I need to pay the amount to get it. I, then, cancelled the deal due to the honesty that was compromised.

The vehicle sales manager and the salesmen that I dealt with to purchase the new vehicle are ********* and unprofessional. The cost of the extra was affordable but solely due to the dis-honesty I had cancelled the deal. Luckily, I didn't finalize the deal with them and bank hoping to get the extras as agreed because they stick to their words etc.

I'm sharing my experience so that you guys can ensure that all the agreement is done in black & white and don't go by the words hoping it'll be taken care-off by this dealership. Really very disappointing experience with these guys - they speak to you about honesty bla bla..and openness when you want to get the offer etc. Be careful!
