Trouble with Chery Tiggo 4 pro

I bought a Chery tiggo 4 pro in May 2024. Between November and now (January 2025) it has been giving me sleepless nights and it still has not been resolved. While driving the boot will just pop open and that in turn affects the windows, the wiper at the back. Not forgetting the noise it’s making as you’re driving. To make matters worse, it’s absolutely impossible to lock the car. Once you start moving away with the key the alarms starts ringing. As much as the car looks nice but its problems are a nightmare. In in November when I booked it in to the dealership in Hatfield, Pretoria they could not even figure out what the problem was. I’m so frustrated with this it’s not even funny.
