Totally Disgusted

I bought a Chery Tiggo 1.6 in 2014 and with the first 5000km service I complained that the clutch is not right and they adjusted the clutch. With the next service I complained again that the clutch has a shudder and again they adjusted it. Today with the 30000 km service I am told that it has to be replaced and that the warranty doesn't cover the clutch as the clutch only has a 5000 km warranty how can any new vehicle only have a 5000 km warranty on a clutch. The car has a warranty of 3 years or 100000 km. I have complained about it from the first service why then if it only has that warranty did they not replace it at the first service and now want me to pay for it. I am really disappointed and will at the first opportunity trade this car in and not recommend this vehicle to any one as the after sale service and warranty is disgusting.
