Terrible customer service

We bought a Tiggo 8 Pro brand new and drove it for about 6 months. Now the tailgate does not close and it shows warning signs on the dash. New parts have been ordered to fix it but we have no idea how long they will take to arrive and Chery refuses to give us a courtesy car or anything like that. They say we should drive the car as it is since it’s drivable. Just buy from a brand that will take you serious as a customer and not this nonsense!!!!
