Terrible after sales service

We bought a Chery Tiggo Cross at the Cape Town City branch on 6 Jan 2025. The process was seamless. However, we were told that we will receive the spare key, back cover and car registration plates later. It's been over a month and the communication from the sales person (Lorenzo) has been appalling. Never answers my calls and when he does it's either he has forgotten or he'll call me back to give me an update which never happens. I can't get hold of the manager(that's if there is one) because he's never available. I'm writing this on hellopeter as a last resort. Helpfully, this energises the team to pull their socks
