Terrible After Sale from Chery SA

I bought a new Chery Tiggo 7 Pro from Chery Stellenbosch in October 2022. I must say the service that I received from this branch has been the worst experience in my life. I don't think that they understand the concept of after-service. I have sent emails and what's app messages requesting information regarding certain policies that were attached to my package to which I have yet to get a response. It would seem like they are just content with pushing the numbers to boost their sales but don't care about you once they have sold the vehicle.
