Steer clear of Chery SA: take your business elsewhere instead!

Very bad after-sales service that's filled with excuses. Good luck contacting Chery: you can't phone anyone, and if you leave your number, they never get back to you. I highlighted an issue with my car and it was outright ignored as if the service agent didn't hear me. I've driven back and forth and organised lifts with others to collect me, just to arrive at an appointment with several excuses as to why they still can't assist me with 4 different issues! Worst mistake I made to buy this brand. Stay away!
