Sorry Excuse of a vehicle

We recently purchased a Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Manual. There were problems with the tail lights which then became a maintenance issue. This withing 2 months. Then there is a issue with a shudder while reversing up an incline and the sorry excuse for this is that the vehicle is a non turbo hence it will shudder. That is something that should have been revealed when purchasing the vehicle. Every excuse and very disappointing.
