Silly problems of a chery tiggo pro 4

Recently purchased the Chery Tiggo Pro 4 (fun car) but the infotainment unit seems to be faulty. Dispite having the original samsung charging cord connected to the my samsung device, the infotainment unit would stop working and would 'freeze' or the unit would just black out and i'd would have to unplug the cord from the phone and reinsert it. This has been going on from the day i bought the vehicle (in Jan 2023 at Chery Midrand). Whilst the vehicle has been taken in twice, nothing positive has come from from this. This is really ruining the joy and pleasure of driving this car. Im beyond disappointed. *Can you imagine a roadtrip without music?*
