sick

hi , hope you well, i am not very happy about my service of 60000 km, my car was standing there for 5 days waiting for canbelt, then they told me they must replace water bottle , so i collect my car becaurse they told me there is no water bottle in this country? so they say if any thing happens to the engine it is my responsible, so my qeustion is if here is no water bottle then my car will be standing now 11 days , how do you think i must travel? this is beyond my brains,,,
