Sh*tiest after sales service

I bought the new Chery Tiggo cross comfort about 5 weeks ago, problem no1 was Apple CarPlay not connecting but would connect on either Chery’s. Weeks later that was resolved. Till this day I don’t have a spare key. The sales guy took the detachable piece and said it needs to get cut he will deliver it to me. A week later that hasn’t happened and he’s silent. I sent him a text and was mized. God forbid something happens to this car and I don’t have a spare key. I’m so over going to that dealership and not getting assisted
