SHOCKING SERVICE

I called Chery SA last week Wednesday the 16th of September. I spoke to one of the gentleman in the complaints department about the issues I'm having with my Tigo4 , he asked me for my vin number and unfortunately I couldn't find it, I asked him please can you call me back he said he'll call me back at 1215, 1315, 1415 I called spoke to any man and I asked if the same gentleman can call me. Thursday, Friday past no call. What fantastic service. How does someone get service in this country.
