Service in Germiston

I dropped my vehicle yesterday at chery germiston in the morning they could not assist me since the lady ( Charmaine) mentioned that they cant find out where I bought my service, now my vehicle came back with a dent on the windscreen and the Charmaine cannot get back to me nor assit me.

My question is that why did they move my car from where it was parked if they couldn't do service nor assist with anything, when fetching the car she made me sign docs which I kept on asking what they for and she told me I was supposed to sign them in the morning, now I am with a car with a dent and no1 is taking accountability
