service dept wouldn't assist now I have a problem

To date I still have not had any feedback from Chery SA regarding my complaint. It has been nearly 2 weeks.<br> <br> Why is it now my problem to get the window fixed when they have should have done it when I had originally asked it to be fixed.<br> <br> I would expect a phone call or response within the next 24 hours.
