I booked my car for a service at Chery Milnerton last week and specified that both my accelerator- and brake pedals are making a noise.<br> <br> I even took one of their guys in the car with me so that they could hear these noises and this is after they failed to fix the brake noise during my first service a few months ago, which I also complained about at the time.<br> <br> The service staff doesn't constantly keep you updated with the progress, as was my expectation, if you sit and wait for your car.<br> <br> My brakes were apparently fixed, but when I drove for a while the noises just came back. As for my accelerator... they had no idea what the issue is or what's causing the noise. I pay a lot of money for this service and warranty plans, but it's useless if people cannot fix things when they become a problem - or they tell you that it can be fixed but it must then be paid for out of your own pocket.<br> <br> I seriously regret buying this car at Chery and will definitely not recommend them to anyone because the after-sales service is pathetic.<br> <br> One can have new employers at the workplace, but one of them should be able to resolve an issue if it's in their field of work, but not one of those mechanics could t
