Selling Old Car under false pretense that is New

I bought a New Chery Tiggo 7 Pro from Chery Kempton Park and only to find it was actually used car with a chip on windscreen. They promised to replace a windscreen but kept on coming with excuses that stock is not available. Now they are refusing to replace my windscreen.

My advise to anyone purchasing from this dealer, which i do not recommend, on the day of collection please unveil the car and see the status before signing any papers. Otherwise, you might be de*****ed like I was.
