Rude customer service from cherry Cape Town staff

Gcobisa Ngogela from cherry Cape Town,

I am really not happy with the service that was given to me by Gcobisa Ngogela from Cape Town cherry, at first she was fine until I traded in my car, Kia Rio 2022 on the 25 of August my car (Kia Rio) financed by MFC it deducted but they said they have paid MFC and when I call MFC they confirmed that there’s no payment or payment request from Cherry I then decided to call cherry SA today as she said the proof of payment will be from their head office, the head office knows nothing about them sending proof of payments.

Up until now I have not received any proof of payment from cherry Cape Town, they are making stories instead of sending me the proof of payment since according to them they have paid MFC.

Am really not certisfied with their service because she **** and today she’s telling me that the payment will be done today.
